Had a few cancellations but the boys that did participate had an amazing time getting the Radio Merit Badge at W3KWH, a great place to learn about the world of radios, and they also loved getting to talk to people over the radio. They loved making some seven layer bars and learning Morse code here with one of the member’s, Art, – •-• – – – – – – •- – • / – – – • • • • • – – • • • • – / • – • – – – – • – • – • – • • • – • – • – – (Whoever gets it right and replies first is the winner. The winner gets a seven layer bar)

We might be scouts but we’re not THAT into those extremes. But hey, at least we’re the highest people in Pennsylvania. “We’re On Top of the World Hey!” Tr834 made it to the top Mt. Davis, the highest point in all of Pa. Too bad it was so foggy we could barely see ourselves!!!!
Big shout out to Jeff Jones for bringing his impressive (and large) scouting museum to our meeting for the 2nd installment of Scouting Heritage merit badge.
