Meeting Cadence:
| 1st week | Scoutmaster Conferences | during meeting | Any scout that is ready for scoutmaster needs to attend in uniform and let scout master know they are ready for conference that night |
| 2nd week | board of review | during meeting | Advancement chair runs with parent volunteers; Scouts from previous week should be in uniform and ready; |
| 3rd week | Patrol Leader Council (PLC) | 6:45pm to 7:15pm | Occurs prior to meeting; This group will begin planning of next 5 meetings; Need to attend: PL, SPL, ASPL,scribe, troop guide |
| 4th week | Committee meeting | 7:30pm to 8:30pm | All adult roles must attend and describe 1)what you did;2)what you will do;3)what you need/issues/upcoming events that need planned |
